The first annual F3 Holiday Home Tour Saturday December 1st! The tour will feature older homes in the downtown area some of the historical homes that exemplify the diverse architectural styles of early Flagstaff. There will be music and food, as well as a craft and bake sale at the end of the tour. We will hear pianist Charles Spinning, harpist Sarah Casiani, the Stigmon Family on guitar and Irish penny whistle and Bill Burke on guitar, mandolin and banjo. The England House and the Inn at 410 will also be included on the tour. The price is $60 per person, which includes the tour, music and refreshments. (Of course, the profit goes straight to our favorite non-profit - F3!) Tickets will not be sold the day of the tour. You may purchase your tickets by mailing your check, along with the names and addresses of tour participants, to the F3 office (PO Box 23462, 86002). Would you like to make a difference in your community? Taking the Next Step Citizen Workshop This workshop will introduce many of the opportunities to serve your community,from volunteering to serving on boards and commissions and elected positions. This is a great opportunity for anyone who has ever wanted to make a difference in our community. Elected officials and members of local boards and commissions will also be present at this event to offer their perspective and to discuss any questions you may have. Thursday, December 6th 7:00-8:30pm American Legion Hall 204 W. Birch Ave. The workshops are designed to encourage, motivate, and provide citizens the necessary information to be able to run for public office, as well as volunteer for boards and commissions within our community.
